 Anti-Tack Agents
We manufacture a diverse and extensive line of anti-tack agents, designed to reduce adhesion between rubber surfaces. We supply both slab and pellet dips, many of which are sold under the trademark Calford®.
Most of our slab dips are in water-dispersible, powdered form. We also manufacture several liquid soaps, based primarily on potassium soap, as well as large quantities of zinc, calcium and aluminum stearates. Many of these stearates are either used as components of slab and pellet dips or, in some cases, used alone. For health and environmental reasons, we have eliminated zinc stearate and respirable silica from many of our products.
Our pellet dips are similar in composition to slab dips, but provide a heavier coating. Our pellet dips are sold under the name Rubbercote.
